Masters Student in Computer Science &
Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University

Hey everyone! I am currently a graduate student at Northeastern University studying Computer Science with a focus on human-computer interaction and UI/UX design. Throughout my time at Northeastern, I have been a teaching assistant for CS5001, which is an intensive fundamentals graduate-level course taught in Python for Northeastern's ALIGN Program. This summer (2021), I am interning at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Professional Services Consultant where I have been showcasing and growing my skills in data visualization, React, and JavaScript.

Outside of the classroom, adventure becomes my middle name. Whether it's slaying virtual dragons and saving the princess or traveling to new places and learning about their culture, I always strive to put myself in an engaging and challenging environment. As a natural people person, I also take a genuine interest in connecting with people and learning about perspectives that differ from my own.

I am currently on the market and looking for full-time role in technical product/project management or frontend development starting in January 2022 or May 2022. Please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn for job opportunities, networking, and more!

Some of my projects...

Below are some of my projects that I have worked on during my time as a graduate student at Northeastern University. Due to academic regulations, Northeastern requests that we do not keep the code to our assignments public. Contact me directly if you would like to see the code!

Video Game Sales Analysis

In my data management class, my group and I performed a semester long study on video games sales data from 1980 to 2016. My main role in this project was to tidy the data perform exploratory data analysis the dataset. This analysis helped identify key variables for building a predictor of game sales over the course of roughly four decades and multiple global regions.

COVID-19 Tracking Prototype

Perhaps one of the most interesting projects I worked on happened to be directly correlated to global COVID-19 pandemic. For my human-computer interaction course I dessigned a high-fidelity prototype with Axure RP that served as an integrated platform for test appointments, self-reporting, and supporting resources. Following an iterative, human-centered design process, I was able to produce project deliverables such as contextual inquiry and requirements reports, user stories, and wireframes.

The Easy Animator

This application was a part of our object-oriented programming course and focused on creating an animator that had multiple views which rendered the animation in either a textual or visual format. My partner and I also included customizable options which allowed the user to manipulate the speed, start/stop point, and other aspects of the animation.

Text-based Adventure Game

Remember those old days of browser-based Dungeons and Dragons? Our final project for the intensive foundations in python course was exactly that! Employing object-oriented principles, I created a text-based adevnture game that had various puzzles and monsters that the user encountered!

iRes Application

Leading a team of 4 other individuals, I designed and assisted in implementing an application that helped centralize student life issues into one application. A student would submit an issue reuqest and their RA/CA would then become the liason between them and the respective department admin. Thus, making it easier for students to report issues and RAs/CAs to know what is going on with their students.
